Note: Gather your colleagues or peers for attending Safety 2024 and enjoy special discounts on bulk registrations. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Registration cancellation will be accepted as per the below timelines:

| 1st August 2024 | 25% |
| After Midnight of 1st August 2024 | No refund |
- All date and time are mentioned and should be considered in Indian Standard Time (IST) only.
- Conference registration is mandatory for all the delegates to attend the conference.
- Registration slab applicable shall be the prevailing slab on the date of credit of the amount in the Conference account.
- Organizers reserve the right to reject a registration, if found in violation of registration rules or to reassign to a another category, which they may deem fit.
- In case of cancellation for registrations, please send a registration cancellation request to the secretariat email at registration_safety2024@ia-meetings.com.
- The cancellation request will be considered as per policy. Payment shall be refunded after 30 days from last day of the conference.
- All the Remittance/Transaction charges are to be paid by the registrant.
- A full refund will be provided if registration is cancelled due to visa cancellation.
